Healthcare Billing & Contracting Specialist

Oakwood Creative CareMesa, AZ

About The Position

Oakwood Creative Care is a growing nonprofit reimagining how communities support older adults and families navigating cognitive and physical challenges. Our model blends clinical services with community-based programs, creating a more holistic, relationship-centered approach to care. We are seeking a Healthcare Billing & Contracting Specialist to manage billing operations and help us navigate reimbursement for a non-traditional, community-based care model. We need someone who can work within Medicare/Medicaid requirements, think critically about how services align with reimbursement, and help us build clear, compliant pathways for billing in a non-traditional setting. This is a hands-on role where you will own billing processes while working closely with the CFO to ensure our programs are financially sustainable.
