The Contracts Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Contracts initiated by agents/agencies and sales directors.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from Insurance contract request, maintaining, and up unto contract termination
Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively.
Ensuring strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws.
To ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment.
