About The Position

Pulse Nursing at Home is a community care provider, committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals who are living with complex care needs within their own homes. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting with their daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with our client, their families, and other professionals to deliver person-centred care and support. In this role, you will be supporting our 19 year old female client, who is living with a complex genetic condition alongside other complex care needs. When you are on shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and working with clinical interventions. All training for the clinical interventions will be provided.

Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Right to work in the UK.

Nice To Haves

6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based experience)
Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs including brain injuries, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, genetic and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide practical and emotional support to service users.
Administer medications, and complete manual handling.
