If so, this role offers an opportunity to sell essential solutions to hospitals and healthcare laundries, with steady demand and a competitive compensation package tied directly to performance, which includes base salary plus bonus and uncapped commission. Requirements

  • Proven revenue growth success in a territory sales role
  • Strong drive, resilience, and competitive mindset
  • B2B consultative sales experience
  • Experience selling premium or solution-based products
  • Familiarity with healthcare or hospital environments
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed

  • Background in textiles, apparel, or related industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Expand existing relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities in your territory
  • Create and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to grow your territory
  • Win competitive bids through pricing and proposals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising customers on product solutions and innovating programs to solve challenges
  • Analyze sales data and business reports to inform strategy
  • Partner closely with a dedicated Customer Service Representative
  • Manage multiple accounts while traveling within the territory as needed
