About The Position
The Health Unit Coordinator coordinates clerical duties at the Nurses' station in the Emergency Department under the supervision of the department manager. The position is responsible for routing information and communication to the appropriate places. The schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required.
- Computer skills, including data entry, email, and Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Previous health care experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
