The role includes managing all logistical components, including student rosters, appointment scheduling, parent/guardian communication, and ensuring proper documentation. In the community, the coordinator supports and promotes the Mobile Medical Unit by organizing clinical events, identifying service locations, and engaging with community partners to expand access to care. This includes outreach to underserved populations and coordination of mobile clinic schedules. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between families, schools, and community providers, ensuring clear communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments while maintaining a high standard of patient-centered care.
