About The Position

Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the daily nursing activities of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines, and regulations. Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved LPN Program.
• Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN in this state.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous geriatric nursing/long-term care experience is a plus.
• I.V. Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure all activities are in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the Community.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care.
