About The Position
Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. This role operates within the framework of current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the Community, ensuring the highest quality of care. The position emphasizes a resident-first approach, valuing the Community as the residents' home and promoting person-centered care. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved LPN Program.
- Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN in this state.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous geriatric nursing/long-term care experience is a plus.
- I.V. Certification is a plus.
