About The Position
Arkansas City Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The role involves providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. This supervision must adhere to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations for the community and the department. The position emphasizes a resident-first approach, valuing the community as the residents' home and promoting person-centered care. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved LPN Program.
- Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN in this state.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous geriatric nursing/long-term care experience is a plus.
- I.V. Certification is a plus.
