We are currently seeking a compassionate person to join our talented team as a Health Services Coordinator - Scheduler.

Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess strong critical thinking skills
  • Be able to work in a busy environment, with frequent changes and interruptions
  • Have the ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, deadlines and work under pressure
  • Possess excellent computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook
  • Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification or provide current certification
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
  • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative experience is preferred
  • Med Aide experience not required, but encouraged

Responsibilities

  • Creating the Health Services schedule
  • Handling any/all schedule issues for our Health Services team including but not limited to call-ins and finding replacements for shift coverage
  • Attending scheduled in-services and staff meetings
  • Assisting with recruiting new Health Services team members (i.e. Caregivers, Medication Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants)
