NeighborImpact is seeking a Health Services Coordinator who is passionate about children’s health and family well-being. The Health Services Coordinator provides technical and health coordination services to support Head Start and Early Head Start (EHS) program health service goals and ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. This role involves developing and maintaining effective health record keeping and reporting systems, coordinating and providing child sensory screening services, monitoring and supporting follow-up on child health services and classroom health plans, and assisting families in accessing health services. The position also supports program food and nutrition services and helps the Health Services Manager with staff training and collaboration with partnering agencies and program health consultants. Additionally, this role manages and coordinates the application assister grant with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and supervises the Application Assister Specialist.
