Touchmark at Georgetown is Central Texas's premier retirement community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service and quality housing. The company is seeking a full-time Health Services Coordinator to join their team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Certified Caregiver / Certified Medication Aide
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • Possess strong critical thinking skills
  • Be able to work in a busy environment, with frequent changes and interruptions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Possess excellent computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, and Outlook
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
  • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Creating the Health Services schedule
  • Handling any/all schedule issues for the Health Services team including but not limited to call-ins and finding replacements for shift coverage
  • Attend scheduled in-services and staff meetings
  • Train new Health Services team members (i.e. Medication Aides and Certified Caregivers)
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
