About The Position
TK Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee daily medical operations and nursing staff at Bradley County Jail in Cleveland, Tennessee. The Health Services Administrator manages clinical care delivery, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary liaison between custody leadership and the regional leadership team. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, with a $3,500 sign-on bonus. TK Health provides comprehensive healthcare in correctional facilities across 14 states, serving inmate populations from 25 to 2,000. Its mission-driven teams deliver care in secure environments, enabling clinicians to practice at the top of their licenses. Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted Tennessee or multistate RN license.
- At least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of correctional or secure-facility experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all nursing services and health-services administration.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Monitor quality-assurance metrics and lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with custody officials to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
