About The Position
TK Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee daily medical operations and nursing staff at Bradley County Jail in Cleveland, Tennessee. The Health Services Administrator manages clinical care delivery, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary liaison between custody leadership and the regional leadership team. The position is full-time, on-site, and scheduled Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted Tennessee or multi-state RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of correctional or secure-facility experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise nursing services and health-services administration.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Monitor quality-assurance metrics and lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with custody officials to support safe, efficient patient care.
