HEALTH SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR (Registered Nurse)
About The Position
Rite of Passage is hiring a Health Service Administrator (Registered Nurse) at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center in Mansfield, Arkansas. The center is a 40-bed, all-boys program serving youth in a safe and supportive environment. The Health Service Administrator coordinates the medical department’s daily activities, ensures adherence to healthcare guidelines, and implements safety standards for youth. This is a 100% onsite position. The role includes managing student healthcare, assisting medical, psychiatric, and dental providers onsite and/or via telehealth, maintaining resident medical files, enforcing facility rules and routines, and supervising one to two registered nurses.

- Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily activities of the medical department.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare guidelines and implement safety standards for youth.
- Manage student healthcare according to their needs.
- Assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers onsite and/or via telehealth.
- Maintain resident medical files.
- Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines.
- Supervise one to two registered nurses at the site.
