About The Position

Conducts studies and investigations to ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards and regulations, and industrial hygiene. Investigates accidents and promotes safety-conscious work performance and training programs. Provides safety performance measures. Determines root cause analyses. Serves as technical resource to Refining organization. Performs research/assessment of regulatory requirements to determine impact on refinery operations. Provides regulatory interpretation to refineries' health and safety staffs on application of rules, regulations, and industry practices. Assists in the development and implementation of safety and health standards and initiatives. Collaborates with field health and safety staffs to define standards, procedures, and processes to ensure standardization across all refineries.

Requirements

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

  • Must be able to travel as needed and to be on call (DKL)
