About The Position

The primary focus of the Work, Health & Safety function is to develop, implement, and manage the Health and Safety Management Systems, policies, and practices that outline ResMed's commitment to a healthy and safe workplace. Key deliverables include overseeing Health and Safety, Workers Compensation, Injury Management, Accidents and injuries investigation, and Corrective and preventative measures. This role involves the management of hazard identification and incident reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maximizing organizational risk resilience. The specialist performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts. This role typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Health and Safety Management Systems, policies, and practices.
