About The Position

The primary focus of the Work, Health & Safety function is to develop, implement, and manage Health and Safety Management Systems, policies, and practices that outline ResMed's commitment to a healthy and safe workplace. Key deliverables include overseeing Health and Safety, Workers Compensation, Injury Management, Accidents and injuries investigation, and Corrective and preventative measures. This role involves the management of hazard identification and incident reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maximizing organizational risk resilience. The specialist performs work in a specialized area of expertise requiring knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts. This role contributes to and manages projects, provides advice and direction in primary areas of expertise, and leverages professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results. The specialist builds productive internal/external working relationships, occasionally leads project teams, and might formally train junior staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
