About The Position
Integrity is actively recruiting a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our expanding team! The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting safety initiatives across all facilities, and helping maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety related role
- Interest in improving the safety of processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Passion for promoting a safe and healthy work environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct injury and incident investigations
- Act as secretary for for all 7 Joint Health & Safety Committees
- Follow up on corrective actions for safety concerns and hazards
- Assist with ongoing safety training initiatives
- Conduct safety orientations for new hires
- Maintain and update JHSC boards across all facilities
- Work alongside Health & Safety Leader and assist the department as required
