The Safety Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Company's health, safety, and risk management programs across all operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position maintains organizational independence while serving as a trusted partner to Farm Operations, Hatchery, Processing, Human Resources, and employees throughout the organization. This role is not intended to function as a compliance "police force." Instead, the Safety Coordinator works alongside leaders and employees to identify risks early, remove barriers to safe work, and foster a culture where safety supports operational excellence and employee wellbeing. Success is measured not only by regulatory compliance and incident prevention, but also by the trust earned across the organization and the ability to help teams perform their work safely, efficiently, and confidently.
