About The Position

We are looking for a talented Health, Safety and Environment Leader-Moderate Complexity to join our Health and Safety team of Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems (CDBS) in Fletcher, NC. In this role, you will make an impact by building effective teams, applying business insight, demonstrating courage, developing talent, driving results, instilling trust, managing complexity, and influencing HSE culture.

Requirements

College, university, or equivalent degree in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental required.
Significant relevant experience required, including management of health, safety and/or environmental ISO Standards required.
5-7 years of experience
1-2 years management experience.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish is a nice-to-have that can enhance communication.
Professional certification in HSE-related field preferred.
