About The Position
The main purpose of this position is to provide clerical and support services at a trainee level, compiling and maintaining the health record system in accordance with Joint Commission standards, State and Federal laws, and other governing agencies’ standards.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
- No prior experience required.
- Candidates may substitute experience compiling and maintaining health records on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
- Ability to type at a minimum speed of 20 words per minute.
Responsibilities
