About The Position
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Health Management Consultant for their Employer Services team. This role involves partnering with clients to assess, design, and implement health and wellness programs aimed at improving outcomes and managing costs. The consultant will be responsible for claims and data analysis, developing tailored strategies, coordinating with carriers and vendors, monitoring program effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing client education and training. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with knowledge of health benefits and wellness compliance, and the ability to maintain client and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Proven and consistent success in the health promotion industry.
- Strong knowledge of worksite wellness and best practices.
- General knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven relationship-builder with clients, vendors, management, and peers.
- Strong customer service-related skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required.
