Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer Service Skills
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Scanning
- Indexing
- Prepping
- Other duties assigned
- Interact with clinical staff members and providers
- Communicate with external customers
- Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) state and federal regulations
