Health Facility Administrator (Licensed HFA)
About The Position
Our 100% employee-owned company is seeking a licensed Health Facility Administrator (HFA) for our skilled nursing facility which includes a memory care unit in Garrett, Indiana. As a Health Facility Administrator at Miller’s, you are responsible for oversight of all phases of the operation of your building. You plan, advise, organize, direct, manage and evaluate services provided to the patients and employees, and comply with company policy and the State and Federal regulations governing those services. You function under a larger Corporate structure which offers resources and support and defines policy and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- A licensed Health Facility Administrator with proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service to patients and employees
- Professional in appearance and conduct
