Adagio Health is seeking an energetic Health Educator to join the Nutrition & Education Department. The Health Educator will support the implementation of: Teen Outreach Program (TOP)- a social-emotional learning curricula designed for middle and high school youth. Healthy Relationships Toolkit (HeaRT)- CDC-developed model to prevent violence in adolescence that teaches 11 to 14-year-olds healthy relationship skills to prevent violence before it starts. Additional programs related to public health as applicable, including substance abuse education. Adagio Health deeply values the skills and experience of those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Veterans from specific military occupational specialties (MOS) or similar backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
