About The Position

The Health Economics Analyst evaluates the economic impact of medical treatments by analyzing healthcare data and developing cost-effectiveness models to guide decision-making and policy development. The role assesses resource utilization and expenditure patterns to identify optimization opportunities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to incorporate economic evidence into clinical and market access strategies. The analyst prepares detailed reports to communicate insights to stakeholders, monitors market trends and regulatory changes, supports health economic studies and real-world evidence research, and advises on pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Gainesville, Florida, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health economics, economics, finance, healthcare administration, public health, business administration, statistics, data analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in health economics or healthcare data analysis.
• Proficiency in cost-effectiveness modeling and economic evaluation.
• Experience with healthcare data analytics and resource utilization assessment.
• Knowledge of market access strategies and the regulatory environment.
• Strong report preparation and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in health economics, public health (MPH), healthcare administration (MHA), business administration (MBA), economics, biostatistics, or a related field.
