About The Position

Responsible administrative support in the Health Division. Primary role is to process group and individual applications and terminations. Enter policy information into CRM system. Supports other staff members as needed to assist with quotations for individual and group benefits.

Requirements

  • Prior work with Excel, Word, and related software is required.
  • Working knowledge of health and life insurance products and coverages.
  • High level of organizational and communication skills including the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and establish priorities.
  • High level of ability with Word, Excel, and related software.
  • May be required to work earlier or later than the normal workday.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in gathering updated customer information and processing with internal systems and insurance companies.
  • Provides administrative support to other team members including processing new business applications and assisting with all facets of the client retention process.
  • Supply ordering and stocking
  • Complete required training associated with job function.
  • Performs other duties as required.
