Oversees planning, coordination and evaluation of comprehensive health, dental, developmental, and wellness services for children and families enrolled in Preschool Head Start and PreK Counts. The position ensures services are timely, high-quality, family-centered, and coordinated with staff, healthcare providers, and community partners. The role also ensures compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, Pennsylvania PreK Counts regulations, and applicable health requirements, while promoting prevention, early identification, health education, family engagement, safety, and services that support children’s development and school readiness.
