The Consultant of Payment Model Operations will support the day to day operational efforts for payment model implementation contracts, including participant onboarding, participant management and communications, help desk operations, and monitoring and compliance activities. Working collaboratively with senior leaders and cross functional teams across the organization, the Consultant will deliver exceptional client service, produce high quality, timely deliverables, and drive innovation across the market. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant health policy industry experience in healthcare consulting, program implementation, quality improvement, evaluation, and/or policy expertise
2+ years of experience working on CMS/CMMI value-based care payment initiatives
Broad understanding of federal health policy issues, with ability to work in multiple areas serving as a subject matter expert
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

Engage, develop, and sustain client relationships through policy consultation, strategic guidance, and thought leadership
Support end-to-end operational functions for value-based care initiatives, including participant onboarding, stakeholder communications, help desk support, monitoring, and compliance oversight, to ensure efficient implementation and sustained program performance
Ensure consistently high standards of accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Collaborate effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary project team
Support business development and growth activities, including capture and proposal response
