About The Position

This role offers a hands-on apprenticeship to learn holistic health consulting and supplement guidance directly alongside a lead Health Consultant. There is room to grow with the opportunity to advance into a Health Consultant role. You will build meaningful customer connections by communicating directly with customers and helping provide the attentive care and support they need. You will also collaborate closely with the health coach team in an intentional, supportive environment. Requirements

1+ years of administrative experience
Customer service experience
Basic computer skills
Genuine interest in learning holistic health consulting and supplement guidance
Integrity, compassion, and a desire to serve others in alignment with NewLight Health's faith-based values.

Responsibilities

Schedule and manage client phone appointments, keeping the lead Health Consultant's calendar organized and up to date.
Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and shipping test kits to customers.
Assist with sales calls and answer basic health-related questions for customers.
Support the Health Consultant with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep client care running smoothly.
Provide friendly, attentive communication that reflects NewLight Health's values in every client interaction.
Learn alongside the lead Health Consultant through hands-on training in holistic health consulting and supplement guidance.
