About The Position

Requirements

A current Nebraska RN or LPN license.
At least one year of experience working with seniors.
2+ years of management or team leadership experience.
A strong understanding of medications, dosages, and potential side effects.
Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and technology skills.
A commitment to dignity, independence, and person-centered care.
Availability to work evenings or weekends and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.

Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and support team members while promoting accountability, growth, and teamwork.
Develop and maintain personalized service plans based on resident needs and physician orders.
Communicate regularly with residents, families, team members, and healthcare providers.
Evaluate prospective and current residents to ensure their care needs can be safely met.
Oversee medication administration practices and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Keep documentation and resident records accurate and aligned with state regulations.
Assist with resident care and respond to emergencies when needed.
Support programs that encourage health, safety, independence, and quality of life.
