About The Position
As a Health and Wellness Coordinator (LPN/LVN) at Brookdale Lake Ridge, you will manage daily healthcare operations, oversee clinical staff, and ensure resident care needs are met. You will foster a supportive environment while actively maintaining medication supervision and pharmacy management per Brookdale standards.
