YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As a Health and Wellness Administrative Assistant, you will start your day with a focus on supporting the Health & Wellness Director, keeping their calendar organized and ensuring all appointments are on track. Throughout the day, you will oversee a variety of health and wellness tasks, help coordinate your team's responsibilities, and maintain positive relationships with third-party providers and vendors. You will handle inventory management, making sure supplies are well-stocked and ordered as needed. Your role will also involve following up with families, residents, and team members to resolve concerns and maintain open communication, all while helping the department run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of healthcare administrative experience
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check.
