About The Position

Responsible for all aspects of head coach; overseeing assistant coaches; making decisions based on the direction of the program. The position involves organizing and supervising game help and assisting with supervision at activities. The role requires knowledge of Colorado and district content standards, and skills sufficient to perform all duties. It prefers leadership situations relating to meeting the social, emotional, psychological, and academic needs of students. A work environment with flexibility, ability to deal with conflict, high stress tolerance, quick internalization of information, informed decision-making, and long hours is preferred. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
CPR certification
CHSAA test and regulation
Concussion Education
Prior coaching experience in this sport
Applicant must complete concussion training
Regular attendance is required
