About The Position

Responsible for all aspects of head coach; overseeing assistant coaches; making decisions based on the direction of the program. This role involves organizing and supervising game help, and assisting with supervision at activities. The applicant must complete concussion training. Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards is required, along with skills sufficient to perform all duties of the position. The role prefers leadership situations relating to meeting the social, emotional, psychological and academic needs of students. A work environment that values flexibility, the ability to deal with conflict, a high tolerance for stress, the ability to quickly internalize information and make informed decisions, and long hours is preferred. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
CPR certification
CHSAA test and regulation Concussion Education
Prior coaching experience in this sport
Applicant must complete concussion training
