About The Position

The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh invites applications for the position of Head Women's Basketball Coach to lead the women's basketball program within a comprehensive NCAA Division III athletics environment. This position is responsible for all aspects of program development, competitive success, student-athlete experience, and integration within the broader mission of the university and the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC). The Head Coach will establish a sustainable, student-centered program aligned with institutional values, NCAA regulations, and Title IX compliance while building meaningful connections with alumni, campus partners, and the regional men's basketball community. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of collegiate coaching experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a collegiate basketball program.
  • Proven evidence of success in recruiting, player development, and team culture building.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and student-athlete academic success.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.
