Requirements
- Keen knowledge of safety hazards and the necessary precautions to create a secure environment for all participants.
- Solid foundation in the fundamentals and techniques of athletics, fitness, cultural/social activities, or arts and crafts.
- Understanding of inventory techniques for maintaining adequate supplies.
- Familiarity with the techniques, principles, and regulations of recreation, daycare, and sports programs.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and administer tailored tennis programs that cater to the needs of the community.
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and implement engaging activities.
- Must pass a thorough criminal background check.
