Requirements

Possess a keen knowledge of safety hazards and the necessary precautions to create a secure environment for all participants
Solid foundation in the fundamentals and techniques of athletics, fitness, cultural/social activities and/or arts and crafts
Understanding inventory techniques sufficient to be able to maintain an adequate level of supplies
Familiarity with the techniques, principles and regulations of recreation, day care and sports programs
Strong leadership skills sufficient to be able to establish priorities, assign and review work and resolve problems
Ability to develop and administer tennis programs suited to the needs of the community
Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and direct the development and implementation of tennis programs
Must pass a thorough criminal background check
