About The Position

FCCU has been serving the community for over 75 years. This position is for a Head Teller in Sarasota and is a full-time role.

Completion of a CTR for every cash transaction received and/or disbursed exceeding $10,000.00.
Initialing completed CTR forms before forwarding to the operations team.
Making the compliance officer aware of any suspicious conduct and/or transactions.
Adherence to internal policy and procedures under BSA/CIP/OFAC regulations.

Training, directing, coaching and evaluation of performance within the department.
Identifying performance problems and working with the Branch Manager to take appropriate action.
Assisting the Branch Manager with training, directing, coaching and evaluation of performance within the department.

Performs member service functions on a daily basis as needed.
Performs paying and receiving functions daily as needed.
Assists the Branch Manager with training, directing, coaching and evaluation of performance within the department; identifies performance problems and works with the Branch Manager to take appropriate action.
Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations. Takes action to resolve any out of compliance issues.
Responsible for the completion of a CTR for every cash transaction received and/or disbursed exceeding $10,000.00. This is inclusive of multiple cash transactions that are done on behalf of the same person in one business day and the head teller has knowledge of such transaction.
Schedules and monitors daily activities of tellers.
Orders daily cash requirement for the credit union. Manages vault cash.
Ensures adherence to internal policy and procedures under BSA/CIP/OFAC regulations with continuing training.
