About The Position

MyUSA Credit Union is a member-owned, over $350 million financial institution with offices in Middletown (2), Trenton, Kettering (2), Moraine, Springfield and Vandalia. We are seeking interested candidates for a Hybrid Head Teller / Financial Services Advisor position at our Middletown (Crawford Street) location. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent financial services industry experience
  • Familiarity with branch operations and financial services products and services preferred
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Interview, counsel, and assist members regarding all of their financial service needs
  • Process new account and loan requests; service existing accounts
  • Knowledge in all aspects of the Credit Union’s products and services
  • Successfully refer products and services to new and existing members
  • Assist in all general areas of branch operations
