About The Position
MyUSA Credit Union is a member-owned, over $350 million financial institution with offices in Middletown (2), Trenton, Kettering (2), Moraine, Springfield and Vandalia. We are seeking interested candidates for a Hybrid Head Teller / Financial Services Advisor position at our Middletown (Crawford Street) location. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent financial services industry experience
- Familiarity with branch operations and financial services products and services preferred
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment
Responsibilities
- Interview, counsel, and assist members regarding all of their financial service needs
- Process new account and loan requests; service existing accounts
- Knowledge in all aspects of the Credit Union’s products and services
- Successfully refer products and services to new and existing members
- Assist in all general areas of branch operations
