About The Position

At D1 Training Lakeland, the Head Speed and Strength Coach (HSSC) is the heartbeat of our performance culture. We are looking for a disciplined, high-level leader to own the weight room and the turf. You aren’t just a coach; you are the manager of the D1 experience, ensuring our training environment is spotless, our coaching staff is elite, and our athletes are getting the best-in-class results they expect. As the HSSC, you lead from the front. You are responsible for the development, certification, and accountability of the entire coaching staff. You oversee the group training experience and personal training results, ensuring that every session—from the first whistle to the final breakdown—is executed to the D1 "Pro-Style" standard. You own the turf. You maintain a "game-day ready" facility—spotless, organized, and highly presentable at all times. You are a confident mentor who thrives under pressure. You hold weekly 1-on-1s, audit sessions, and provide the objective feedback necessary to keep our coaching roster at the top of the industry. You ensure the "D1 Way" is felt by every member, whether they are a 7-year-old beginner or a seasoned pro athlete. D1 is an athletic-based group training facility with a mission to provide the best fitness philosophy in the world. Our promise: “You pick the goal, we help you get there.” The Head Coach is the architect of that promise, ensuring the culture, the facility, and the coaching staff are always world-class. Are you ready to own the turf and lead the best coaching staff in the industry?
