The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, reporting to the Director of Athletics, will be responsible for all aspects of the strength and conditioning program for approximately 300 student-athletes across 14 varsity sports. This includes leading, teaching, mentoring, coaching, facility scheduling, budget management, and overall administration of an NCAA Division II program.
