About The Position
We are seeking a Head Softball Coach to lead our softball program and oversee all aspects of coaching and mentoring student-athletes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing practice plans, game strategies, and player development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Previous coaching experience in high school or college-level softball.
- Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations of softball.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
Responsibilities
- Develop practice plans and strategies to improve team performance.
- Mentor and motivate student-athletes both on and off the field.
- Coordinate game schedules and travel arrangements.
- Recruit and retain talented softball players.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure program success.
- Uphold the academic and ethical standards of the program.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all team members.
