About The Position

As Head of Warehouse Projects, you will own the end-to-end delivery, automation integration, and operational handover of our European fulfillment centers. Leading the FC Implementation team, you will establish project management frameworks and align cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing large-scale CapEx projects in warehouse automation, material handling, or manufacturing.
• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of conveyors, racking, and automated warehouse systems.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification; strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
• Proven team management skills, hands-on mindset, and willingness for international travel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or exposure to emerging robotics.

Responsibilities

• Drive CapEx automation and intralogistics projects to deliver scalable, on-time FC launches.
• Lead and mentor the FC Implementation team while establishing best-in-class project frameworks.
• Partner with Engineering, Automation, Procurement, and Operations to integrate tech and manage stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless operational transitions through structured training, documentation, and maintenance frameworks.
• Act as the internal authority for material handling and automation engineering decisions.
