About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends and Autheo as a part-time Equity Cofounder during a critical growth phase, including Mainnet expansion, platform rollout, exchange listings, product launches, and global ecosystem scaling. Launch Legends is developing next-generation decentralized infrastructure to integrate Web2, Web3, AI systems, identity, financial infrastructure, and decentralized compute into a unified operational environment. Autheo, their flagship ecosystem, is a composable internet operating environment built on a Layer-1 blockchain, decentralized compute, AI orchestration, decentralized identity, financial messaging infrastructure, and full-stack developer tooling. The goal is to create an infrastructure where various entities can interact through a unified framework. The organization comprises approximately 100 active equity cofounders and contributors globally, with expertise in blockchain, AI, infrastructure, and product leadership. The role of Head of Strategic Communications is a senior leadership position responsible for leading global communications, media, and public narrative strategy for the Autheo ecosystem. This involves positioning Autheo across blockchain, AI, infrastructure, financial technology, and institutional markets, working directly with executive leadership and various teams to develop sophisticated and coordinated communications.

Develop sophisticated, credible, and globally coordinated communications.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the global public relations and strategic communications strategy for Autheo and related ecosystem entities.
Serve as the primary architect of Autheo’s external communications, media positioning, and long-term public narrative.
Develop and manage major communications surrounding: Mainnet rollout, TGE and exchange listings, Product and platform launches, Strategic partnerships, Institutional initiatives, Ecosystem growth and infrastructure milestones.
Build and maintain relationships with: Crypto and mainstream media, Exchanges, Influencers and analysts, Institutional research groups, Conference organizers, Ecosystem and infrastructure partners.
Oversee press releases, media outreach, interviews, executive talking points, announcements, and public-facing communications.
Coordinate launch and communications strategies across marketing, engineering, product, compliance, legal, and ecosystem teams.
Help prepare executive leadership for: Podcasts, Conferences, Panels, Media appearances, Investor and institutional meetings.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex infrastructure and AI concepts into compelling public narratives.
Develop crisis communication and reputation-management strategies when necessary.
Track and report communications and ecosystem-growth metrics, including media reach, engagement, partnership visibility, and ecosystem awareness.
