About The Position

You are the highly tactical, strategic "special forces" of the GTM organization. As Nscale scales hyper-rapidly across continents, we will inevitably encounter complex, ambiguous, and unstructured opportunities that do not fit neatly into existing department charters. This could range from modeling the economics of a sudden geographic expansion into new market, structuring a first-of-its-kind strategic gtm, or triaging a critical operational bottleneck in the quote-to-cash process. You are deployed by GTM leadership to bring immediate order to this ambiguity. You will drop into the problem, architect a rigorous framework, execute a V1 solution, and then seamlessly hand the operationalized, stable process back to the core business before moving on to the next fire.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of highly rigorous experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB preferred), corporate strategy, strategic finance, or a biz-ops "SWAT" role at a hyper-growth tech startup.
  • Exceptional analytical rigor and structural thinking. You have a proven superpower for breaking down massive, sprawling, highly ambiguous problems into distinct, solvable, and measurable components without needing a road map.
  • Extremely high EQ and political agility. You do not have direct reports, so you must lead entirely through influence, effectively aligning busy executives, stubborn engineers, and stressed cross-functional teams without bruising egos or causing friction.
  • A fiercely versatile skill set; you are equally comfortable and happy drafting a polished strategic executive memo, diving into complex financial data modeling to prove a strategy works, or manually cleaning a spreadsheet to hit a deadline.
  • Zero ego. You care entirely about the impact of the solution, not who gets the credit, and you are comfortable handing off your successful projects to operational teams once they are stable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional, high-priority, and deeply urgent initiatives on behalf of GTM leadership. You act as a high-level strategic partner, a trusted force multiplier, and a ruthless executor all at once.
  • Pilot highly experimental Go-To-Market motions, innovative consumption-based pricing models, or unconventional channel strategies. You will build the V1, test it in the market, validate the unit economics, and determine if it warrants scaling.
  • Produce rapid, highly rigorous quantitative analyses, executive-level presentation materials, and structured strategic recommendations to support critical, high-stakes executive decisions.
  • Act as a roving consultant within the GTM organization. Identify major friction points across the revenue machine, implement rapid process improvements, and exit gracefully once stability is achieved.
  • Drive complex projects that require deep alignment between Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, utilizing intense influence and high EQ to keep disparate teams moving toward a single goal.
