About The Position

We're hiring a Head of Growth to build and own our paid acquisition engine from the ground up. You'll be the one who creates this engine, scales it past seven figures in annual spend, and turns it into one of the company's core competitive advantages. This is a true builder role. You'll be hands-on-keyboard in our ad accounts yourself while also managing agencies, contractors, and creative partners needed to move fast. You'll own the full funnel — from first impression to funded account — and be directly accountable for how efficiently we turn dollars into traders. You'll work directly with the founding team, and your decisions will visibly move the company's most important numbers every week.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, , paid acquisition, or growth — ideally in consumer fintech, trading, crypto, or another high-growth consumer product.
  • Experience managing and scaling budgets across major paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) — you've personally built, scaled, and optimized campaigns.
  • Technical fluency in attribution and tracking: MMPs, pixels, server-side/conversion API implementations, and the judgment to know when the data is lying to you.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality: you thrive in fast-paced environments with high levels of agency and ownership

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition end to end: strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, influencers/affiliates, and emerging channels — with full accountability for CAC, LTV, payback period, and funded-account growth.
  • Be hands-on in the platforms daily: building campaigns, structuring audiences and bidding, launching creative tests, and killing what doesn't work — while managing agencies and contractors to extend our reach.
  • Build our measurement foundation: attribution setup (MMP, pixel/server-side tracking, conversion APIs), incrementality thinking, and a reporting system that tells us exactly where the next dollar should go.
  • Drive the creative engine: partner with design and contractors to develop ICPs, hooks, ad concepts, landing pages, and conversion paths, and build fast feedback loops from performance data back into creative strategy.
  • Navigate ad platform policies for financial products: securing approvals, structuring compliant campaigns, and finding creative distribution paths where competitors get blocked.
  • Shape the growth roadmap alongside the founding team: budget allocation, channel mix, forecasting, and where paid fits alongside referral, content, and community-led growth.
