With established teams in New York, San Diego, Paris, and Amsterdam, we've already onboarded over 100 customers and secured $18M in funding from leading investors such as Balderton Capital, Uncorrelated Ventures, and YCombinator. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a Head of Sales in the US to accelerate our expansion. In this role, you’ll own the sales cycle, build lasting relationships with technical decision makers, and help define our approach to bringing our solution to market. As Escape’s Head of Sales, you will lead and develop a talented sales team across North America, managing 4 Account Executives, 1 Sales Engineer, and 2 Business Development Representative. You’ll drive market expansion, establish Escape as the go-to solution for application security, and carry 50-70% of an individual quota yourself in Year 1 leading by example as you coach and sell alongside your team.
