That’s why OTC is able to offer high-quality HIV testing services at all of our locations. • Ability to handle cash and credit purchases with precision.
• Flexibility and adaptability to various situations.

Responsibilities

• Presents a friendly, helpful face to shoppers, donors, people seeking testing or pharmacy patrons.
• Rings up sales and answers customers’ questions.
• Gives stand out service that enhances the reputation of AHF and encourage customers to return to an OTC and recommend it to others.
• Maximizes the revenue from the store through precision in the handling of cash and credit purchases.
• Enhances the experience of other OTC employees by being friendly and helpful and by offering to give them a helping hand when they need it.
• Gives feedback to their manager about how service could be improved.
• Adapts to various situations with ease and by being flexible.
